1. Identify opportunities to close current and potential gaps in optimal care delivery by interprofessional teams
2. Develop strategies for completing a Root Cause Analysis to improve problem-solving skills
3. Develop strategies for making changes and improvements ongoing and sustainable, easily repeatable, and able to be evaluated for progress and future improvements
4. Develop strategies for improving the stewardship of telemetry
5. Increase reporting of near misses in patient care
6. Improve patient outcomes as measured by future event reporting and serious safety event trends
