AST CME Portal

How do I create an account?
If you do not have an account with us or if you have never received credits from AST CME, return to the home page and click on the blue Create New Account button.

Please Note: If you have attended any AST CME events in the past, creating a new user profile with a new email is highly discouraged. This will create a duplicate profile for you in our system and your previous credits will NOT show on your transcript.

How do I log in to my account?
Return to the Home page
Click on the Sign In on the navigation bar and enter your email and password.

What should I do if I forgot my password?
Please return to the Home page and click Sign In.
Click Forgot Your Password under Sign In
Enter your email address in the field provided, and you will be sent an email to create a new password.

Note: If you have previously received credits from AST and if you are accessing this portal for the first time, please return to the Home Page, click Sign In and Forgot Your Password then enter your email address when prompted. You will receive an email with a link to set up your password.

What should I do if I’m locked out of my account?
After a certain number of failed attempts to login, your account will be locked. Please email [email protected] and an AST CME team member can unlock your account for you.

How do I download my Transcript for CME or Participation?

  • Return to the Home Page
  • Click Sign-in in the upper left of the blue toolbar
  • Click on the Transcripts button on the right-hand side of the page
  • Adjust the dates to access the credits you require.
  • Download or print your transcript

How do I download my Certificate for CME credits or participation hours?

  • Return to the Home Page
  • Click Sign-in in the upper left of the blue toolbar
  • Click on the MyCME button on the upper right of the blue toolbar and select Evaluations and Certificates
  • Select the Live Conference or Online Course of the certificate you’d like to retrieve. Transcripts only are available for Regularly Scheduled Series.
  • Download or print your certificate
