2. Integrate multidisciplinary clinical, surgical, psychosocial, and ethical considerations into patient selection and management decisions.
3. Assess patient-specific factors that influence candidacy, timing, and outcomes for advanced heart failure therapies.
4. Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team to optimize evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals with advanced heart failure.
