This lecture is designed to provide updates on lung cancer diagnosis and lung nodule management.

1. Define a pulmonary module and recall the common causes.
2. Understand the importance of lung cancer screening and its role in early detection and improved patient survival.
3. Incorporate low-dose CT lung screening programs effectively within a primary care setting to identify at-risk patients.
4. Implement guideline-based management strategies to risk stratify pulmonary nodules and determine appropriate follow-up.
