2026 AST Cutaneous Oncology Tumor Board

1. Apply current evidence-based guidelines to the management of stage II–IV melanoma and advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
2. Develop multidisciplinary treatment plans that appropriately integrate surgery, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and systemic treatments for complex cutaneous malignancies.
3. Determine optimal sequencing and timing of therapies, including neoadjuvant and adjuvant approaches, to improve patient outcomes.
4. Incorporate dermatopathologic findings into clinical decision-making to assess treatment response, residual disease, and tumor classification.
5. Formulate management strategies for rare cutaneous malignancies, including uncommon skin cancers with limited treatment guidance.
6. Enhance interdisciplinary communication and collaboration to streamline care coordination and reduce delays in treatment initiation.
